BOOM BARRIER

Boom barriers

A boom barrier, also known as a boom gate, is a bar, or pole pivoted to allow the boom to block vehicular or pedestrian access through a controlled point. Typically, the tip of a boom gate rises in a vertical arc to a near vertical position. Boom gates are often counterweighted, so the pole is easily tipped.

Boom gates are often paired either end to end, or offset appropriately to block traffic in both directions. Some boom gates also have a second arm which hangs 300 to 400 mm below the upper arm when lowered, to increase approach visibility, and which hangs on links, so it lies flat with the main boom as the barrier is raised.

Road blocker

A road blocker is an installation set up to control or block traffic along a road.

Road blocker is an electro-hydraulic set-off rising step-up barrier that rises above the ground level on giving a valid input signal They are formidable visually and their robust and heavy-duty structure provides a durable and reliable means of controlling vehicles into a secure area.

Bollard

Bollards

Bollards can be used for traffic-control or guarding against vehicle-ramming attacks. These bollards are mainly used to block the entry of cars/trucks and other automobiles in restricted area but spaced widely enough to permit special-purpose vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians to pass through. Bollards may also be used to enclose car-free zones.

Electro-hydraulically power operated, our security bollard barriers come in single or multiple units with a common drive unit and are designed in different shapes and colours.

Tyre killer

Tyre Killer is an electro hydraulically operated heavy duty spike barrier which rises above the ground level on giving a valid input signal and thus prevents unauthorized intrusions at entry/exit points of high security premise.

When a vehicle passes over the spike, it punctures the tyres, which will disable the vehicle to move further. The spikes are made from a very hard steel with steel fittings.

DFMD

Door frame metal detector

A Door Frame Metal Detector (DFMD) as the name suggests is a metal detector fitted in a door to detect metal that may be hidden on the body of the person passing through this door.

These are used for security screening at access points in prisons, courthouses, hospitals, and at airports etc.to detect concealed metal weapons on a person’s body.

Handheld metal detector

Handheld metal detectors are designed for quick and efficient body search scanning for knives, weapons and concealed metal objects. Metal detector wands offer a practical, low-cost alternative to airport style walk through, arch type detectors which are designed for rapid scanning of high volumes of people.

A hand-held device that uses electromagnetic induction to detect buried metal.

x-ray-baggage-scanner

X-ray bag scanner

A baggage scanner is a device used to screen luggage and other items for security purposes. These scanners use X-ray or other imaging technology to create images of the contents of bags and packages, allowing security personnel to identify potential threats or prohibited items.

Under vehicle scanning system

An under-vehicle scanning system (UVSS) generally consists of imaging systems mounted on a roadway and used at facility access points, particularly at secure facilities. An under-vehicle scanning system is used to detect threats—such as bombs—that are hidden underneath vehicles. Cameras capture images of the undercarriage of the vehicle for manual or automated visual inspection by security personnel or systems.

Under-vehicle inspection systems can be permanent (embedded in the road), fixed (attached to the road's surface) or portable (mobile)

FULL HEIGHT TURNSTILES

Full height turnstile

Full height turnstile is a form of gate which allows one person to pass at a time. A turnstile can be configured to enforce one-way human traffic.

Modern turnstiles can incorporate biometrics, including retina scanning, fingerprints, and other individual human characteristics which can be scanned.

A turnstile can be used in the case of paid access sometimes called a faregate or ticket barrier when used for this purpose, for example to access public transport, a pay toilet, or to restrict access to authorized people, for example in the lobby of an office building.

Flap barrier

The flap barrier gate is also called a blocking gate, which is one of the channel management equipment and mainly used for pedestrian channel management.

It is generally used in combination with access control. including swipe card access control, fingerprint access control, face recognition access control, etc.
