PLANNING & DESIGNING
This stage involves understanding the project requirements, conducting site surveys designing the solutions and subsequently estimating the materials and resources required for a given project, and developing a subsequent project schedule.
SUPPLY
In this stage, the necessary low voltage, electrical equipment's, conduits, cables, main equipment like cameras, readers, locks, servers, detectors etc. and various other component/materials etc. are procured through reliable suppliers and OEMs.
We strive towards customer satisfaction by ensuring timely supply of material delivery on site. We optimize the entire process right from sourcing to the logistics of material delivery on site.
INSTALLATION
The installation phase involves the physical installation of the low voltage and systems. Required in a project engineer along with skilled technicians with electricians carry out the installation process, which includes tasks such as cable laying, equipment mounting, wiring, and connection of devices. Highest degree of safety standards and regulations are followed throughout this stage.
TESTING
Once the installation is complete, rigorous testing is conducted to ensure that all low voltage and electrical system are functioning correctly and meet the required performances criteria.
This involves conducting tests such as continuity testing, insulation testing, load testing and functional testing of individual components and the overall system.
COMMISSIONING
In commissioning stage involves verifying the proper functioning and integration of all low voltage and electrical systems.
It includes fine-tuning system settings, addressing any issues or deficiencies identified during testing, and ensuring that the system operates as intended. This stage may also involve clients training on system operation and maintenance.
HANDOVER & DOCUMENTATION
Upon successful commissioning, the project is handed over to the client. Comprehensive documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, equipment manuals, and maintenance guidelines, is provided to the client for future reference and ongoing system maintenance.
